Bonus and Promotion Rules
These rules cover every player who joins a promotion at New Brunswick Casino, including the welcome bonus, the offers on our Promotions page and New Brunswick Rewards. They take effect as soon as you opt in and remain in force until a bonus is wagered, expires or is removed.
What rules apply to every promotion?
- Each offer has its own offer details, which work alongside these rules.
- Until wagering is finished, bonus funds are held apart from your cash balance.
- All promotions run in Canadian dollars (CAD).
- Our Terms and Conditions apply to every promotion.
Who can take part?
- Players in Canada who are 19 or older and have verified their account, where local law allows.
- Only one welcome bonus can go to any one person. The cap also extends to a shared household, a single device and a single payment method.
- You cannot claim offers during a break or a self-exclusion period. See Staying in Control.
How do I opt in?
- Choose the offer from the Promotions page, or tick the bonus option in the cashier before depositing.
- We do not add a bonus after a deposit if you did not opt in first.
- Every offer is optional: you may turn it down and play using cash only.
When does a bonus expire?
- Welcome bonus wagering must be met within 7 days.
- Other offers state their time limit in their offer details.
- When the time limit expires, we remove any remaining bonus funds along with the winnings they generated.
How much can I stake when I play with bonus funds?
The offer details of each promotion state the highest stake allowed per spin, hand or round. Exceeding that limit may cancel the bonus and any winnings connected to it.
Can I use two bonuses at once?
No. Just one bonus may run on an account at once. When the current offer has been wagered in full, has lapsed or has been forfeited, you can take up a new one.
How much of my bonus winnings can I turn into cash?
Any cap on converting bonus winnings into withdrawable cash appears in the offer details. Amounts above the cap are removed once wagering is complete. If no cap is stated, the full balance converts when wagering is met.
What is the current welcome offer?
Welcome Bonus: 1x Wagering, Deposit From C$10
To claim your welcome bonus, deposit at least C$10. The bonus funds come with a 1x playthrough that has to be completed within 7 days.
- Minimum deposit: C$10.
- 1x playthrough on bonus funds.
- You get 7 days to clear the wagering requirement.
- Every offer we run needs a deposit from C$10. We do not run no deposit bonuses.

How does wagering work, and what does each game contribute?
Wagering means the total amount you must bet using bonus funds before they become withdrawable cash. Under a 1x playthrough, the bonus amount has to be staked one time in qualifying play. Each game contributes to that total at its own rate:
- Slots: 100%
- Video poker: 50%
- RNG table games: 10%
- Live games: 0%
A stake on slots counts in full, a stake on video poker counts at half its value, and live game stakes do not count at all.
What counts as bonus abuse?
- Claiming offers through additional accounts or with someone else's details.
- Betting on opposite outcomes, or other low-risk patterns, to clear wagering.
- Working with other players to clear bonuses.
- Staking above the maximum stake stated in the offer details.
- Using game errors or software faults to gain bonus value.
Bonus abuse leads to cancellation of the bonus and all related winnings, and we may restrict promotions on the account or close it.
Can these rules change?
We can amend, pause or end promotions for legal, technical or abuse reasons. Bonuses already running keep the rules you accepted, unless we find abuse. The current rules are always on this page.
